Part of the project team working on a Microsoft XP and Office 2007 migration programme across Wales. Delivering new features of Office 2007, floor walking to support users both pre and post migration. This contract lasted over year and although the roll out is complete, a training needs analysis has realised an ongoing learning and development need.

after meeting on a Crystal Reports course, and mentioning an Office 2007 Migration to in excess of 300 people across Wales, I was invited to tender for ½ day sessions which involved training on the new features of Outlook, Excel and Word. A successful delivery with positive feedback.
An ongoing client who requests ad hoc training days from small groups of departments requiring Excel specifics such as Pivot Tables, Front Page courses to update their intranet and Microsoft Project training either one – to – one “Executive Tutorials” and classroom training.
